“This is a challenge..How can I rate my cover when I have not gone away yet..? Yes I got the cover I needed, yes the system was easy to navigate,,,BUT.. The phone number in your ad simply does not connect..I first thought that the company had ceased trading! Only by actually logging to my existing account could I proceed with my quote..! (how do new/potential customers contact you..?? Anyway, thank you again for covering my forthcoming trip.”
