“I have had travel insurance through Just Travel for many years. I have just taken single trip European cover and arranged it by phone. It's easier to go through health issues with a real person rather than on line to make sure everything is correct. The only reason for the 4 not 5 stars is the premium cost this year over last. Quite an increase when there are no new health conditions to cover and those I've had are a year further away.”

“We may be thinking of going on a cruise in the summer. I need to clarify what cover exists in my policy for a European cruise. I was told that basic Medical and repatriation was included even though my policy states no cruise cover. Was then told to look at page 27 of policy which supposedly states this. Unfortunately cannot find any reference to this on page 27. Therefore can you please tell me of the cruise cover that exists in this policy. Many thanks. Colin wilkinson”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have had a look at this for you and can see your account is showing as 'new' rather than 'active' meaning you haven't yet created an account. I have now sent you an email with the link to activate your online account. The email will ask you to input your email address then a second link will be sent to your email for you to create your own password. “Terrible - policy was given in October fine and when trying to take it out again in April told they do not cover the condition they covered in October - couldn't tell me when they stopped, just decided not to on this call. Lady wasn't really interested in listening to me wanting to renew the policy as was as no changes she was only interested in hearing what I had been on the phone in great detail previously for the policy to get it right - poor service”
