Good afternoon, We were pleased to speak with you and resolve this for you. Occasionally, promotional emails can cross with a purchase, and we're sorry this happened in your case. We're glad we were able to put things right and hope you have a fantastic trip. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Kind regards, Katie
