“I tried to do this online, but found difficulty in finding one of the countries I was going to, namely Montenegro, apparently it comes under Serbia & Montenegro. It may help just to include this as a separate country, which would have saved some time queuing to speak to someone. Otherwise all else pretty much OK.”
