“Allows you to exclude pre-existing medical conditions to keep the cost of premiums down. I was quoted £300 with staysure for cover for my medical condition but managed to get cover for £30 with just travel by excluding my pre-existing condition”

“Unfortunately the email was sent to me confirming my travel insurance but when I clicked to retrieve my documents it addressed me as my husband and when I logged onto his account no documents were there. Me and my husband use the same email account for leisure emails so it looks like your system can't handle that. I rang up customer services who eventually gave me a password to download my documents from some website. This is terrible and we will not use your company again for travel insurance until you fix this error in your system”

“The experience over the telephone was very straightforward and completed in less time than I had expected. I'm sorry, I can't remember the assistance's name, but she was very efficient. I am now waiting for the material in the post as I prefer to have things in hard copy.”
