“Tried 4 times on the phone, when I managed to talk to someone, the lady seemed to think that a one off accident to a hand ( stitches) was an ongoing medical condition, over a year later ! I hung up on her. A case of no training,or lack of intelligence.”

In relation to our medical screening, our medical declaration asks if you have had any treatment, been prescribed medication or attended a medical practitioner's surgery in the last 5 years. Although it may be minor and may have resolved now, if it is within the last 5 years we are required to declare it. “I have been pleased on previous occasions but felt wrung out by the time we had finished this time. Partly due to my hearing problems no doubt. As well as louder, clear speech I need it a little slower to assimilate all that is said.”
