Unfortunately the email was sent to me confirming my travel insurance but when I clicked to retrieve my documents it addressed me as my husband and when I logged onto his account no documents were there. Me and my husband use the same email account for leisure emails so it looks like your system can't handle that. I rang up customer services who eventually gave me a password to download my documents from some website. This is terrible and we will not use your company again for travel insurance until you fix this error in your system
