“Started using just travel 4 or 5years ago. Found it easy to use. I liked how the medical question were helpful with the different medical options so it makes it easy to select your issue. I also like jiw they give you all the possible company options and the quickness of sending you all information to do with your policy. Like the Smart luggage option too... not heat I have yo use it yet. It's also affordable.”

“Brilliant service from just travel cover. The advisor was amazing. She actually listened to what I was saying and was so helpful. Trying to get cover when awaiting treatment and diagnosis has been a nightmare previously but no problem with this company. Quick and effective and cover in place within an hour.”

“This was the third time I had bought cover this year. I called with a query and initially spoke to Micha. She listened to the query and then explained that she would transfer me to another team who would discuss it with me. The transfer was quick and I then spoke to Lexie - she immediately resolved the query to my satisfaction and very clearly knew what she was talking about, referring me to the policy wording and then immediately sending an endorsement. My whole experience was first class, beyond my expectations and not what I have come to expect from a call centre type environment !”

“I have taken holiday insurance cover with Just Travel for the past three cruises and found it very easy to set up and considering that we both have medical issues to declare we think the premium are reasonable.I always try them first when needing holiday insurance cover.”
