“⸻ Purchased cover last week and later discovered there was a 15% discount available, which the original call handler hadn’t mentioned. I called back, and Dion — the call handler this time — was great and quickly arranged a refund for the difference.”

“I took out a travel policy for myself and my husband . Within minutes of receiving the emailed policy I noticed two errors. I called back and after 20 minutes spoke to an operator and explained I had answered yes to having been diagnosed with cholesterol but the policy stated I answered no ( even though in another part of the policy it showed I had said this was part of my medical history) I was told they could amend the policy but I would now have to pay a higher premium. I disputed this as I had already declared having high cholesterol and as far as I was concerned I accepted the quote on this basis. I was advised the call could be listened too and I would be contacted. I also pointed out the other error about back surgery that I had not had. Over a week later and I'm still waiting to be contacted so I have now cancelled the policy as I'm within the 14 days cooling off period. I feel the service heads been very poor and I lost faith that if I had needed to claim on the policy I would be upset and dissatisfied at the lack of contact.”
