“I tried to do this online, but found difficulty in finding one of the countries I was going to, namely Montenegro, apparently it comes under Serbia & Montenegro. It may help just to include this as a separate country, which would have saved some time queuing to speak to someone. Otherwise all else pretty much OK.”

“Straightforward on-line application process and prompt issue of documentation. As with all types of insurance, the real test only comes in the event of a claim which I hope not to need to find out!”

“Rang to explain a medical disclosure change and spoke to an emotionless, zero empathetic robotic call handler! She reminded me of the rude character on Little Britain "Computer says no" lady. I was not impressed!”
