“I have used JTC many time but had problemes making payment on the new website. The paymnet portal would not let me past the VISA Click to Pay page without effectively 'enrolling' asking for my email and phone details. I was unable to enter my CC details manully. I do not use VISA Click to Pay and do not wish to. I had to call and spend 15 minutes completing a task that should have taken 30 seconds.”

I find your quotes very competitive.Although luckily I have not had to make a claim I am satisfied with the price ,after searching on the internet ,some quotes are extortionate, for a 91 year old ,So Thankyou JustTravel Cover.VGradidge.”

“Took out family travel insurance for a cruise in May 2026. The application itself was straight forward and easy to navigate. I liked that I was able to use Blue Light Discount which made the purchase slightly cheaper. I did make an error with my holiday dates but I was able to change this on the website easily and for no charge.”

“Compared several companies online and decided on Just Travel. Rather than buy online I called the freephone number and got through to a very helpful lady who ran through my quote with me. She then gave me the option of buying online or there and then over the phone. I bought cover over the phone and asked for a hard of the policy to be sent to my home address which has duly arrived. All done painlessly!”

“I needed basic holiday cover for a Canary Island cruise. Just-Travel came out with a reasonable cost that suited my needs and medical condition. The site was recommended at the time I booked the cruise. I normally have annual travel insurance without including cruise cover, and it worked out cheaper to have a separate cruise cover for the duration of the trip rather than add cruise cover to my annual travel policy. In all pleased with the result. Hope it is the same when it comes to making a claim, but hopefully I wont need to!”
