Dear Sir, I have checked the system and can see your policy was posted on Tuesday. The confirmation email was sent within minutes of the policy being issued. I have sent this again today. If you have any further queries please call us free on 0800 2942969. Thanks Dale

“I think you should check your records as I cancelled this insurance two days later as I discovered that my bank Nationwide have travel insurance for a quarter of the price i paid with yourselves so am going with them”
