“Agent was obviously suffering from a very heavy cold/hay fever. This affected his speech . I could hardly understand him and there are a lot of questions to answer regarding my existing medical history. Felt sorry for the guy but was he fit to work ? I just hope I answered correctly what with the coughing,spluttering and sneezing and being cut off twice along with background noise. Always use Just Travel Cover, this is the first negative issue I’ve encountered over the years. Nola Twaits”

“So far I've only bought single trip insurance for a week's sailing holiday out of Split, Croatia. The purchasing was really easy and the staff were all really helpful. I'll be able to tell you more once the holiday's over, i.e. Whether I had to make a claim or not. For now, suffice to say that Just Travel were very good indeed.”
