“Quick and easy. They took payment and we didn’t use it so they are quids in. (Glad we didn’t need it) That’s insurance for you!”

“Great company until you have a claim then Imglobal deals with claims. Their aim seems to be to make it so difficult that you give up. I have been trying to get a settlement for more than four months for a very straightforward claim. Had received the same list of Questions three times before I got them to admit that they had got the answers.”
