“Due to brexit I can only spend 90 days at a time in Europe and trying to find a reasonable policy for 90 day cover was a slog. Just Travel found a multi trip policy with 93 day cover for a very reasonable price. Many thanks to Claire on web chat for expert advice on choosing the right policy.”

“Your call handler was polite and attentive but he did sound as if he would rather have been somewhere else. When I advised him I couldn’t hear his questions because of the background noise on his end…..he just shouted the questions at me. Usually a brilliant handler I hope I get a different handler next year!”

“The person I spoke to worked hard for me and seemed to know what he was doing. (presumanly reading from a flow chart). He was happy to repeat himself if I didn't quite hear properly what he had just asked. That was my hearing not his speaking.”

“I use this company every year to insure my disabled son. This year we were quoted over £280. I paid as had no choice only to notice the date of birth was wrong and then a call to say the insurance is invalid as they can’t insure children outside of the EU. Won’t be using this company again”

“No very alarmed that premium had increased rediculously nothing had changed since previous year and I have no notifiable conditions. My doctors surgery say I am incredibly healthy at 83 years old.eill be shopping around next year. Evelyn Balmforth.”
