“Filled out on line form, only to be told to ring company. Telephoned a Pleasant member of staff who then required me to state all my information again. Cover was what I required for a good price.”

“Got to very end of quote and blew out on the payment. Had to start from scratch and at end tried to save quote but it just froze. Tried to save by another method but again just froze. Risked making payment again anyway and this time went through. A lot of stressful work!!!”
