“The overall level of cover was compatible with others in the market place. I have a recent medical condition which has meant I needed cover that many insurers simply over-index the premium to not have to take that risk, or simply don’t offer the cover. It is still 10x the premium of regular healthy travellers but they Just Travel were the cheapest I could find.”

“Excellent service over the phone. Our insurance is never straightforward due to my husbands pre-existing conditions - but the process was completed with the minimum of fuss and lots of good humour. I think our efficient advisor was Paul , who made the experience easy and pleasant.”

“Very easy to complete the application and interesting features with regard to luggage tracking which I have not yet used as the trip is planned for 2025.
