“I tried to use the online way to put the details into the document when it froze! Reverted to the phone and had a hazardous conversation with a, what sounded to be a young lady, with Liverpool accent. Had to ask her to speak more clearly, and repeat the questions and to slow down the speed of her words per minute, so me and my disabled wife could answer her questions.”

“I've used Just travel for many years. I find the online process quick and easy. On this occasion for some reason my medical declaration didn't save so I rang straight away to point this out. It took five days to sort out though which I thought was a little excessive. It would have been quicker for me to cancel and reapply but I was advised not to do this. Overall though the service is very good.”
