I've used Just travel for many years. I find the online process quick and easy. On this occasion for some reason my medical declaration didn't save so I rang straight away to point this out. It took five days to sort out though which I thought was a little excessive. It would have been quicker for me to cancel and reapply but I was advised not to do this. Overall though the service is very good.
