“I called to make my arrangements and the agent I dealt with was reassuring and knowledgeable. I made a tricky query and she promptly went and got and answer from a senior. As always, this company deals with real peoples lives and seems to be operated by real people who understand that we don't all need or want the same things. First class service.”

Dear Mr Buckley, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. There are certain scenarios where out website will prompt you to call our office to complete a quotation. This is due to us being a broker, we have a number of insurers on our panel, who may have different terms & conditions. You do have a 14-day cooling off period from the date you receive your documents, during this time you can request a full refund provided you have not travelled or claimed.
