“Absolutely not. I placed my order on the 8th of December and still have not receive it. No human correspondence, still dont know if it's coming or not. Ridiculous to be honest. Will not be ordering again.”

“Products eventually arrived and were all there thankfully. I saved a little bit shopping with just my look but I’ll never use them again. Customer service is bots and AI and I could not get an update on my order no matter how hard I tried. I was panicking I wouldn’t get it on time for Christmas despite ordering at the start of December. For this reason I will not be using them again it’s just not worth it”

“Well if I received my package I could review it but since I'm still waiting since the 3rd of December. Would not recommend this website at all alot of bad reviews. Also so when you try to contact them they don't answer you also get a false tracking code. Avoid. I'm down a santy present now”

“Speed Delivery BUT Missing items: I am a loyal customer and I was very happy with my experience with Justmylook until recently. Yesterday i Received an order with 2 missing items. The package has arrived undamaged so I only assume that these items were not initially added in my box. However, after contacting the customer service to clarify about this issue, I was told that the items were definitely shipped to me in the same box. Christmas is approaching and these items are for gifts. I lost my trust in Justmylook and I will be extremely afraid to order anything in the future from this site. In addition, I lost a lot of money as it does not sound like I will get my money back. This is not what you need before Christmas. I am deeply regretting that I did not order Byredo and Clarins from the original well trusted websites as I did before. I was buying these products from Clarins and Byredo directly in the past and I never had any issues. Very disappointed with my recent experience.”

“I ordered over €100 worth of perfume on 2nd December. Its now 20th December and I still haven't received it. Tracking details don't work. After numerous emails and online chat to AI bots I still have no answers. Customer service is absolutely appalling!! I have been onto the courier company and they have no record of the tracking number. Shocking company. I will never ever use them again and will be warning as many people as I can to stay away. I will be arranging a chargeback request with my bank and if im not refunded I will be contacting the Ombudsman. Sort your customer service out! And send correct tracking details. Over the last few days I've checked trustpilot and so so many people having the same issue. Just for clarity, I checked trustpilot before purchasing and reviews were good with only a small amount of negative, which happens unfortunately. Lesson learned.”

“Would of purchased my order of Christmas presents on 5th December its on the 20th and still haven't received my parcel. So now I'm off to purchased more in shops with heavy cases of norovirus doing the rounds in my area with a weekend immune system. Very disappointing as not guaranteed to receive my parcel for Christmas.”

“I have had the worst experience with this site. Not only did they email me saying they delivered a parcel I NEVER RECEIVED but I am now being ignored and a solution to the problem hasn’t been made. I’ve emailed 5 times with no answer and I ordered a month ago. I’ve had less issues with SHEIN than I have here”
