“Fast delivery great service”

“Very poor customer service when the items I ordered totalling approx £70 were delivered to the wrong place. No help or assistance provided just a short sharp remark that the postcode is was incorrect. Doesn’t matter that the items were delivered to completely the wrong town, not the same road name and not the same house name. Basically just told to suck it up!”

“Hi I purchased this product for a present for my daughter (she requested it). I know it was expensive for such a small amount but she thought it was a good product which she wouldn't have bought herself. When it arrived, the cellophane cover to the box was all opened as if somebody had had a look at the product more closely. My wife managed to stick the cellophane back and explained to my daughter it wasn't bought off an auction site!”
