“I purchased a set of perfumes and what arrived was different to what was described on their website (advertised as Eau de Parfum but received the cheaper Eau de Toilette). It took ages to find a way of speaking a human not an AI agent and then was not offered a refund or partial refund for the misadvertisement. I’m not confident in purchasing from again as what could arrived may not be what I’d ordered.”
