“I had an issue with the postage with Royal mail as they had lost the parcel. When attempting to contact justmylook, it seemed impossible. Every initial interaction was with an AI bot, which could not get the gist of the issue. Fundamentally, I had no customer service at all from the company. Luckily, my item turned up 15 days late. I will not be using them again!!!!!”

“I ordered a huge order with just my look as I am about to have a baby. The keratise hair care set was never packed in my order and I have emailed just my look customer service two weeks in a row and know one has dealt with this issue and I’m yet to receive the product or refund l. It’s starting to feel like a scam with the lack of response I am getting”
