“Terrible!! I ordered some GHD straighteners but received GHD heat brush! After many messages and being ignored I have had to escalate this twice! I’ve never had an apology I spoke to someone called Jade who was just rude the whole time I escalated this! I have had a very upset daughter as I ordered these as her main present for her birthday and still not got them after a week of ordering and still nothing! I wouldn’t ever order of this site! Terrible customer service!”

“Would’ve given zero stars if that was an option Ordered from this site four weeks ago, paid for next day delivery and still haven’t received my item. Had an email off Royal Mail of a photograph of my parcel (two days after it was ordered so a day later than what I paid for and when it was originally due) inside of a wheelie bin so I can only assume that Royal Mail have taken the photo and stolen my parcel. Granted that’s is a bad minded explanation and would make Royal Mail the issue but business have insurances and policies in place to rectify issues like this - well decent businesses do anyway. I emailed Just my Look several times and still haven’t had any help or an adequate resolution. Have to wait days for a reply which is an automated AI response which doesn’t offer any useful information or guidance on how to resolve this issue. After emailing them again and chasing this after waiting four weeks for a human not an AI bot to respond to me I received a very blunt and dismissive email saying that there’s nothing they can do so I am out of pocket and without the item I ordered. Terrible service, communication and treatment if they’re willing to take money off of paying customers and not deliver the goods. Would never ever order from here again and I certainly couldn’t recommend to anyone. £30 of my hard earned wage down the drain, what a scam of a business. Second review I’ve left, wonder how long it takes until this one is removed too”
