“I will Never, Ever use Justmylook ever again for anything - their customer service is not just bad it's completely nonexistent - they fob you off with A.I. slop from their chatbot and make no effort to resolve your issue - no tracking number issued - countless mails asking for information and nothing in reply”

“I’ve always been a bit wary of Just My Look because whenever you search for body care or skincare on Google, their website always comes up. I’d never actually heard of them before, and because their prices are cheaper than everywhere else, I honestly assumed it might just be another scam site. I decided to take the risk the other day and ordered a Dove set, and I’m really glad I did. It’s definitely not a scam — everything arrived perfectly and the delivery was really quick too. I’m actually very impressed and would 100% order from them again. Would recommend!!”

“Terrible experience. Still haven’t received my package I ordered on December 7th. Reached out to every customer service and got nothing back. Had to repurchase what I had ordered somewhere else as it was a gift for someone. Very very disappointed.”

“I ordered from Justmylook 3 weeks ago, on the premise of 48 hours delivery. My delivery is still untraceable and FedEx hasn’t even received the package yet. Customer service is non respondent (just an ai chat bot) and I have received more emails prompting me to review my experience about how I “LOVED the product”, than I have from customer service explaining where my product is. From reading other reviews, it is clear this is a common experience. Please avoid”

“I placed an order on the 3rd of December and still haven't received it.it was supposed to be a Christmas present. I have emailed there customer care on numerous occasions and still no help.i would strongly advise people to stay clear of this site.judging from the reviews online it has all the signs of a scam.customer care is non existent.worst online retailer i have ever experienced.Awful to treat customers like this”
