“I ordered after being left down by a bigger known brand they promised my order in time for Christmas and they then took too long to dispatch my items. I ordered from here to salvage some of the Christmas presents that were now not going to be here in time and within a few hours they had been dispatched and they arrived the day as promised! Can't thank you enough however I will say the expensive mac lipstick never arrived 😞 £25 and I'm still waiting on a response on what is gonna happen about it as it appears it was never packed into my order. The box delivered was still sealed up good so I don't think it was tampered with in transit. Hopefully I will receive a refund or a replacement item as it wasnt a cheap item. 🤞🏻”

“Purchased on the 3rd of December .Never received my order. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I last ordered,throughout the whole process it was horrible. Barely any updates, tracking not working , unhelpful Customer service,delays and the list goes on. They tried to tell me that my order was delivered on the 12th of December which was a lie , then then send me an email today saying to review my order, an order that I never received . The tracking dose not work at all , the last time mine was updated was over a week ago . It’s been at the same status the whole time .Horrible customer service in total, now I need to wait for my bank to respond for a charge back. None of their tracking works and when you try to contact they won’t respond untill 2-3 days later. I would like my full refund so I don’t have to go through the long process of a charge back. Although they don’t respond so that’s my only choice. Please do not purchase from here , your money is better off somewhere else.”

“Absolutely horrendous experience. Took 8 days to dispatch, tracking link not working no customer service only an AI response. Didn't know if my order was coming or not. It finally arrived 3 weeks later !! Very stressful will never shop here again !!!”

“I ordered items on November 29th which qualified for next day delivery as of Dec 20 still not delivered I have had to follow up every step I don’t even know what will be in package if it’s ever delivered as an item was refunded but ye didn’t know what . O have purchased before no problem but this time shocking and don’t blame Christmas ye had all year to know it was coming .”

“Ordered 3 items, 1 of which was aftershave on offer for a Xmas present. This wasn’t in the package with the rest of the order. When the item didn’t turn up in a separate delivery I queried this with their AI system which upscaled the complaint which still hasn’t been sorted. Correspondence is taking far too long( a week now!) , and I’m still waiting, and cannot phone anyone as it’s all online. Ordered loads from them before, very disappointing”

“Shocking ordered 2 aftershave sets on the 2nd of December one arrived and one has not ! The tracking will not work and I have emailed over and over I left my name address etc that was asked for to “look into it” …. Nothing has been done I had to repurchase in a local chemist as it was a Christmas gift I have now asked for a refund and surprise no response I’m very annoyed and disappointed”
