“I placed two orders on December 1st. Payment was taken on the 3rd and items were allegedly processed for delivery shortly thereafter. After I contacted Justmylook at least 3 times about my orders they were finally delivered on December 19th. The customer service were responsive to my queries but the overall efficiency with delivery tracking and misinformation and taking almost 3 weeks from order to delivery would totally make me want to avoid this website in future. They could've offered a discount or thrown in a freebie for the delays, frustration and inconvenience but nothing was offered. They do have some decent offers at times but with my most recent experience it would have to be amazing to encourage me to shop there again.”

“Wrong item sent. Had to return and order another one as needed for Christmas present. Not received the item yet so unsure if the right item will be sent and no refund as yet either as only posted a couple of days ago. Please check your items as soon as they arrive is my Advice!”
