“Poor customer service. I ordered on 4th of December, it’s 20 and still preparing for shipment. Tracking number doesn’t work and there is no one to fix the issue. Very disappointed”

“You don't resolve issues! You say that my parcel that I sent back for a refund, unopened, as I had ordered the wrong perfume, had been ripped open and arrived empty. You accepted this from Royal Mail and yet say that they must be responsible for the theft! Nobody from your customer service will speak to me but refuse to refund me! It is theft and disgraceful on your part.”

“Ordered several items but the main reason for order was a perfume. Sent the order minus the perfume & then 2 days later notified me with a refund. No apology & no chance to cancel order as already posted. Customer service was shocking & no help.”
