“Eventhough shampoo products arrived as expected, the pumps did not arrive. So disappointed this was missed Still trialling both type of shampoo in the household, so far so good.”

“The product itself is good. When you spray it, the nozzle comes off all the time and the product drips down the bottle and wastes quite alot which is a shame as the product works well”

“A refund for returned GHDs took ages, lots of emails back and forth but eventually sorted. Just annoying when you’re waiting for £180+ to be refunded! Service is usually pretty good otherwise and orders usually delivered quickly.”

“Good range of products but customer service inconsistent. Says orders received before 12 go out same day are sent same day but orders I've placed rarely are sent same day. When you contact customer services they respond after several days so not much use. Live chat wasn't an option.”

“Not Good if you want to return a faulty product. Copy n paste email replies from customer service. Plus they want the customer to pay return postage!”

“Website wouldn’t let me add more than 3 items to my basket at once which I found very inconvenient as I did want to order more , delivery was quick everything arrived okay ( I ordered large bottles) other then the website it was okay I would recommend”

“Ordered 3 items and paid express delivery. Two items in the parcel and to be fair they are fine. The third item was not included and for 4 or 5 days I have emailed and phoned customer services about the missing item but to date cannot get any response!! I have ordered before and that was fine but I am unsure whether I would use this company again. They need a better customer service. Even an acknowledgment would help!”

“Delivered on time great product … but the packaging was not so great . Lots of unnecessary bubble wrap and a large plastic bag please could you use something recyclable , a cardboard box would have been much better !!”

“I purchased a perfume from Justmylook because of its competitive price and I have been using this perfume for many years now because of its lovely flowery scent that stays for long hours without respraying however, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME. The scent does not stay longer than an hour; it fades away like CHEAP PERFUME. This is my first time purchasing perfume on Justmylook and I am not sure what happened. I used to buy this in-store and I did not have this problem.”
