“Shampoo arrived with lid open, so it leaked over all products. I emailed them about it and still had no reply. Not happy at all with customer service!!”

“The product price in comparison to others was cheaper and free P&P, which was good, however did not arrive in specified time, this was not due to postage, as wasn’t dispatched in time from company. The product itself worked well on my daughters hair”

“The timing of delivery was very good. But I'll give 3 stars due to the packaging, there was an incredible amount of bubble wrap for only one product that was not fragile at all. During these difficult times of plastic crisis and environmental pollution, light packaging and eco-friendly materials should be a high priority for this company.”

“I didnt receive an email after I purchased the cream to confirm my order 👎🏾 eventually recieved one several days later to say item had been dispatched. I'd red many reviews that advised not to use this website because of extremely poor customer service, i began to regret the purchase because I waited several days with zero communication. But thankfully my order arrived and I was pleased with the price and items.”
