“Awful experience, only 20% of my order has been sent, the company has basically stolen £245.00 from me, I have ordered an expensive aftershave as a gift, and also two cheaper perfumes as side gifts/stocking fillers on offer, the products came tracked. When opened the package contained no main item the expensive aftershave purchased. This was "Creed Aventus" which is by no means a cheaper aftershave and upon opening only have received the two cheaper perfumes, and for some reason a free gift of makeup ( which certainly wasn't required) A poor management of logistics considering only 3 items where ordered and only a 1/5 of the order value was delivered I would warn anyone from purchasing luxury perfumes from this company as it clearly cannot produce the goods. I sent proof of box contents as soon as opened, 1 day later A.I. emails asking me to search the area, (Quite bad in itself as the first reply is to insult your intellect). Then I was told it will be looked into, and 1 week later told nothing can be done. So I am left with nothing good to say and have lost a considerable amount of money! Also and as a repercussion could not provide gifts for all my family. I will be talking with the appropriate bodies to complain and hopefully proceed further as the company don't seem to care or show interest. Very very bad show all considering you are trying to be a high end perfume vendor.”

“The items arrived damaged due to poor packaging. They were Christmas gifts. 2 weeks after I informed Justmylook and wrote many emails to them, they finally managed to email me a returns label. The alternative was a 10% discount on my next order for a product that was unusable! This meant I had no Christmas gifts so opted for a return, where I would otherwise have had them replace it. Even when I expressed urgency with the Christmas deadline looming, there was no flexibility in policy. I asked for compensation to which they told me they do not compensate. 8 hours of my time to get a product refunded and have to go out last minute Christmas shopping.”

“Terrible customer service. They don’t issue refunds and won’t resolve delivery issues. They promise to email updates, but you end up chasing them and never hear back. I had to take it to my bank in the end. Very irresponsible company shop with caution.”

“Still not received the perfume I ordered as a Christmas present. Instead I only received a goodie back of beauty products. This scream fraud to me. As I am still waiting on a response. If this isn’t resolved swiftly I will be seeking recovery of monies from my bank. Can safely say I won’t be ordering from this website again. Customer service is shocking.”
