“It was fast and I received what I was looking for and they also put a card for support if I need anything”

“Very poor experience. My item was over £100 and was not received, despite being marked as left in a “safe place” which I did not request. The parcel was allegedly left in a way I could not locate. The retailer has taken my money but refuses to take responsibility and is blaming me for the issue. Royal Mail have confirmed only the retailer can raise a claim, but they have refused to do so or provide a refund or replacement. Customer service has been very poor, with no proper replies or support and communication often closed without resolution. I am left without the item or help. Avoid, avoid, avoid.”
