“Places the order over a month ago. Still haven’t received it..!!! I have contacted the customer service 20 times still no clue where the parcel is. Asked for refund… after that dead silence from the customer service… and i receive email every other day for a review… so here it is.”

“BUYER BEWARE. Avoid this seller. The Rive Gauche perfume I received seems fake or faulty. The scent is weak, doesn't resemble the genuine fragrance and doesn't last. Waste of money and a frustrating experience. They couldn't offer a refund as it had been unpacked and used. How else would I know it's fake/faulty. Would not recommend.”
