“Issue still not resolved with an order. Received the wrong product and now being accused for condition product was posted. Expect better when you spend over £150 on a aftershave. The auto response on here will be please email us. Same response on Trustpilot. Still no resolution. Please refund my money or send the product I've paid for.”

“Took a month to come, shocking customer service but elsewhere as they never have products in stock then when you chase it they say we have it now and we will send it then don’t as they are just trying to appease you till they have the product in stock.”

“I have been using Justmylook for a year or so buying perfumes as I find their prices to be amongst the best. The packaging is absolutely bulletproof. Rest assured, the postman could kick the package around the garden and the product inside would be untouched. Excellent service all round.”

“Received a previously sold item which had been opened and possibly used. Returned it and was not given a refund, instead they returned item back to me saying they check items before sending them out - which inferred I was at fault ! Indeed I was not as the item was NOT SEALED when I received it. A HUGE amount of money wasted for something which was not my fault. My advice, buy elsewhere. His is not an ethical company who put Customer Service high on their list !!”
