“I am very disappointed with the service, I ordered an item on 20th December it was to arrive by the 23rd as Christmas present. It is the 3rd of January and still not received it. I have emailed and haven’t heard anything back yet”

“Placed order, paid for guaranteed next day delivery, spoke to Justmylook and was assured I would get my delivery but didnt arrive on time abd when it did arrive the individual packages on the items were damaged and looked like they'd been opened. I contacted customer services but to date received no response/explanation. Very poor service”
