“I placed my order on 31st Dec ‘25 and didn’t receive it until 7th Jan. in the interim I was asked for a review of purchase even tho it hadn’t been received! I sent an email to you to explain this and it took 2days for you to reply without giving me an explanation of what happened to my order. You asked for further details of my full name DOB etc but I had quoted my order number that had all those details on it. I replied to that email too by return andI still await a response. In the meantime I’ve received the products ordered but overall service has left me hesitant to ever order from you again.”

“Disgusting service. Failed to change address on my order when plenty notice was given. Reassured they will contact me if they need anything else, still managed to send to incorrect address and then stopped responding to my emails. I'll make a charge back claim but won't shop with this incompetent amateur company again, you shouldn't either.”

“The worst experience and hope no one purchases from your company. My parcel arrived late and without my hairdryer (photo attached shows the bag of the parcel wouldnt even fit a hairdryer in it). The hairdryer is why I placed the order and is expensive but your company won't even resolve the issue. Its utterly pathetic service I could cry”

“This was my second purchase from this store. The discounts were fantastic, but my parcel arrived in a dreadful state. The shampoo had leaked all over the box, ruining the packaging of other products, and I lost nearly half of the shampoo. I tried to contact them via the app and email for 30 days — absolutely no response. The prices might be good, but if you ever need customer support, don’t bother. It’s impossible! I wasn’t asking for all the products to be replaced, only the shampoo, which cost less than £4, while my order was over £150. What truly disappointed me was not just the damage, but the complete lack of care and responsibility afterwards.”

“Horrible company with horrible customer service. Ordered a package like 3 weeks ago still hasn’t come, contacted customer care, furthest I got was Ai responses. I’ve sent dozens of emails so I doubt they don’t see it. Requested refund on the 6th of January, no reaponse. Horrible do not recommend.”

“I cancelled my order within 10 mins of placing it ..insult to injury was meant to be next day and didn't arrive for a week, to top it off to return I had to pay postage. I did get a chain reply from customer service to my email re cancellation, that clearly stated my order number, only to be asked what my order number was before they would investigate. Shambolic at best. Will never recommend, and will never order again.”
