“I bought an extra item on top of the things I needed to get the free next day delivery offer because I was ordering long before their same day dispatch cutoff time of 10pm. My order wasn’t dispatched until the next day, which was annoying, but not a big deal - until DPD held on to the parcel for over a week and failed to deliver it. Trying to get my refund through the Just My Look customer services took multiple emails over several days, probably because most of the customer services correspondence is AI. For this reason, I wouldn’t repurchase from them and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either!”

“Very pleased with order, ordered 3 perfumes came next day delivery (tuck them to different countries for present) was much more cheaper then "duty free" or any other shop, definitely will be ordering again 😮‍💨♥️”

“Excellent product and came well packaged The only thing I would say and it’s not a complaint about Justmylook They use Royal Mail for delivery and Royal Mail in their infinite wisdom sent it to an incorrect hub which then took another 3 days to get to me”
