“Would be 5 stars as a product's are good. Only bad side is that I should have my parcel "the next day delivery" if I order for 60 euro! So I did. But delivery was in 5 days”

“Unfortunately all I can say is don't buy from this website. Bought a men's Braun beard trimmer which doesn't work. Sent it back and asked for a refund. They just sent the item back to me saying it's not faulty. Got the item back and once again it still doesn't cut. Company have no interest in me as a customer and do not believe me. Absolutely rubbish service. They don't believe you and don't reply to your questions. All you get is generic replies.”
