“If I could give zero stars, I would. I received the wrong item, which I sent back. No exchange, no response, no refund. Worst shopping experience, will never buy from them again, and do not recommend to anyone. Do yourself a favour, avoid avoid avoid.”

“I was about to spend about £80 on my favourite shampoo and conditioner in bulk, and that was with a discount from another store I use all the time. I just decided last minute to check for another price and I found this website, and got the same product for £40 plus they came with pumps. I almost felt like I needed to order quickly before it turned out to be wrong. The delivery took a little longer than my usual store but it was worth it! Packages very carefully and I’m really pleased. Thank you!”

“I ordered a present for my mum with post 48 on 24th Dec , granted it was Xmas time snd post . I never received my item till 3rd January which was way over the time . I have sent emails twice now and was told someone would be intouch to discuss the matter and Im still waiting. I wint be using this company again”
