“Unfortunately I received a faulty product and didn't receive a replacement. I was asked numerous questions, photos and even a video of the lid that didn't come off! I felt they didn't believe me and was treated like a criminal. I will not use this company again and warn customers to be very careful.”

“The order was elt qwith pmpty. Unfortunatey Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong street. The occupier there was away so I didn't receive it until he returned. I notified Justmylook at once, but the first two responses were AI generated and not a lot of help. By the time a person intervened, the parcel had been returned to me.”

“Where do I start.. sham of a company , my partner has MND an I was at hospital with him when I got pic that it was delivered , when I got home it wasn’t there so contacted them and they said as it was delivered it was nothing to do with them and that I wasn’t getting a refund or a replacement which I wanted so i would’ve given this company a ZERO if I could !!”
