“Amazing prices”

“Recieved an open beauty product. Seal was broken on the box and the item was missing its seal on the actual moisturiser. Very dissapointed. Just my look refused to assist me and claim it was sent sealed but no proof to prove it. I am left with an opened product which i cant use as it may be contaminated. Thanks just my look Wont buy from you again. Waiting for klarna to get me my refund back on the item”

“I placed my order and did not receive it. I contacted customer service several times and was ignored. I had to contact them using a different email before they responded. After several emails I was just told it’ll take 2-3 weeks for an investigation when I requested a refund. So now I don’t have my parcel and they are keeping my money too. I wrote to them telling them saying the retailer remains responsible for the goods until they are received by the customer. Any investigation with Royal Mail is a matter between them and the courier and should not delay resolution for the customer, they just sent me a generic email and have to responded or reached out to me since. I recommended them to do many of my family and friends because of the great discounts but this is so so wrong and bad. I will not be using Justmylook anymore.”

“Very poor service sent me wrong items and said what I did order was out of stock. Instead of refunding me and explaining it was out of stock they decided to send me items I did not order or want so now I have to print if labels take back post office and wait for refund not happy at all”
