“It’s a shame as I’ve always shopped from justmylook with its amazing prices. However, Royal mail lost my package that was meant to be here in time for Christmas, I’ve been trying to get hold of customer service but the only reply you get is from an AI support chat which obviously is not helpful. It was meant to arrive almost two weeks ago. Still have had no help.”

“it is so hard to track packages. i would paste the tracking number given to me and it would constantly come up with an error so i had no idea what day my package would be delivered, or where it was, because i was simply told nothing. luckily someone was home when it was but i can imagine how frustrating it would be if nobody was at home to collect it.”

“Great tool, dries hair quickly, sleek finish requiring minimal styling products. I was looking to buy a mid-range blowdry brush but couldn't pass the discounted price this was being sold at. Bought this ahead of Boxing day sales and glad that I did as it quickly sold out before Christmas. The hair dryer brush comes with a storage case and a cleaning brush. I did have resevrations about the authenticity of the product but having checked the GHD website, Justmylook is an authorised GHD retailer and the brush comes with a 2-year warranty. I have since registered the product on the retailer's website. I would recommend to buy this brush when it comes back in stock. The delivery was quick and it was well packaged.”

“Ordered my goods 13 dec for Christmas still not received not happy customer at the moment. Received the bauble I order that wasn’t much money but no jewellery box with it ordered on same day to receive 27th dec with what I thought was in it not there”
