“Wrong item recieved 15th December. Was returned to them within an hour as requested, for the correct item to be re-sent in plenty of time before Christmas. Ive heard nothing since, and I have an un-happy wife, who was missing one of her Christmas gifts. Zero communication from them, no customer service contact. I'm now having to contact my bank to retrieve my money back. Very disappointed with the whole experience, won't be using them again.”
