“ordered 2 calenders on 6th of December still waiting on them and its now 22nd December. Customer care never replied to my last email I was given a tracking number which wasn't recognised by the delivery company so needless to say I wont be ordering again. actually customer care is essentially a robot.”

“So disappointed! Awful customer service taking days for a response. Ordered on 6th December for a dispatch email on 9th dec with a tracking link which was invalid. I understand xmas and Black Friday delays etc however to 1. Give a fake dispatch email because I can now see on tracking( after contacting them to fix this) it was only dispatched on 16th of December. I have ordered from jml before and delivery always takes longer than competitors ie. Look fantastic, Beaty bay, cult beauty but it has never been this bad so I was still willing to order from them and in this case the other websites didn’t have the product I needed. It is now 21st of December no sign of my order so I assume the product I ordered on 6th December will arrive in 2026. Disgraceful”

“Very poor experience from start to finish. Ordered an advent calendar on the 5th December and got tracking on the 8th. Tracking showed parcel not received, four days later still not showing up. Tried to contact them but all I got was Ai customer agent. Sent loads of messgaes to customer service and they eventually responded on the 17th December to say it was now on the way. No explanation given, its now 21st and I stll havent got the advent callendar. Its not much use now. I sent another mail complaing on the 19th and never received a reply. A nightmate company to deal with. Never again, do yourself a favour and dont purchase anything from this company.”

“I have not recieved my order, yet I keep getting emails asking me to write a reviews on the products that were delivered, but I have not got them, I emailed customer service, and now FedEx as I don't know we're my order is and and know one is responding...I am very annoyed as the items I ordered were Christmas presents for family...I placed the order on the 5th of December!”

“This is actually laughable. I received a mail to review my experience with justmylook, before I received any of the goods I ordered from justmylook. This is despite sending 10 plus messages to the customer service team. Leaving a message on the website and every social media outlet they have. My experience with justmylook has been disastrous, as bad as any online shopping experience can be. I would hope that this sort of vitriol towards a company and their product would receive a reply, but I know it won't. Regards Kevin”
