“Personally awful, asked to review order i had not received. When I queried chat ai said to check with neighbours and delivery company. Roll on 3 days of checking with neighbours. What's apps, loads of emails eventually get to chat on line with an agent who informed not only had parcel not been delivered but had just cleared customs. Still waiting for delivery, 8 days after initial request to review my order. Also it. Is a completely different company delivering parcel than I was initially told”

“Ordered 6 products to be delivered and payment was taken, upon arrival of my parcel only 2 items were delivered, there was no communication/explanation from them as to why only 2 were delivered, I had to wait a few days before they contacted me to issue a refund but still no explanation, meanwhile I had to search elsewhere for the missing items as I wanted them for a Xmas present. Poor communication and annoying.”
