“I ordered a specific perfume but received the wrong product. When I contacted the retailer, they refused to provide a full refund or replacement, claiming that opening the packaging meant I had “accepted” the item. I tried to resolve the issue via email, clearly citing my rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, but the retailer only offered a partial refund, which is not an acceptable remedy for incorrect goods. I cannot recommend this retailer for purchases where accuracy and customer service matter.”

“I had a purfume missing from my order took over 10 days to respond to any of my emails to get a reply today advising it’s out of stock and they will refund. Awful service, I accept mistakes but to ignore and no contact number to speak to someone human, what did arrive was meant to be next day and it was not”

“I ordered a Yankee candle diffuser set, and when the parcel arrived, it didn’t contain the item I ordered- it contained a hair mask. I’ve been trying to get a refund from Just My Look, but I’m being refused, because Royal Mail delivered a parcel. I understand that it is busy at this time of year and mistakes happen, but this is clearly a case of the wrong item being put in the wrong packaging at the warehouse. I’ve been emailing for days trying to get my refund and I still haven’t got it- so I will have to take it further. I will never buy anything from here again. Terrible customer service and more stress that I don’t need right now.”

“Order Placed 5/12, as of 22/12 I have still not recived it. If it does not arrive today, it will be too late for Christmas as i will be travelling. Contacted Csutomer serivce via email & web chat, of course I just got the usual run around, that most every person experiences nowadays with online customer service.”

““Guaranteed Christmas delivery if you order by 10th December” - I placed order on 8th December. it’s not even in Ireland yet on the 23rd December. Absolute liars and a scandalous company who aren’t fit for purpose. I will never purchase from you again and I hope nobody else does either.”
