“I placed my order on the 7th of December. It never even updated to say it was shipped or anything. The FedEx tracking number that i was supplied with says it’s invalid. I am so annoyed, I have contacted so many times as it was a christmas gift and all I got back was an AI response. I just want my parcel, I feel i’ve been scammed €60. My order number is J27684085”

“Item ordered weeks ago. Buy FEDEX doesnt have any information on it, as it doesnt exist. I e sent numerous enquiries ,but no reply since 4 days from LOOKFANTASTIC . Its Christmas present,refund would be nice so something else can be purchased,but no reply no refund no package. Very dissapointing”

“My parcel was left in my communal garden while I was at work and someone taken it I emailed customer service and was told royal mail had deleverd it and I wouldn't get a refund or replacement this is disgusting even though it was stollen so never had my parcel I will not be ordering from you again and it was my first time now I've lost out really not happy”
