“You mentioned your couriers been Royal Mail or dpd know mention of Hermes, who refuse to deliver to my house having a disagreement with my local courier, very lucky to have had someone else to have delivered it on the day who left my parcel on the front door step not bothering to knock on my door NOT HAPPY 😡”

“I had actually ordered from Amazon and don’t quite know how you got the order. However, it arrived safe and sound. Had you put it in a padded envelope instead of wrapping it in so much bubble wrap, I would have got it quicker and think it would have cost a lot less to send. Thank you anyway.”

“Prices are good, easy to navigate website but the delivery times were misleading. I specifically ordered a product to receive it before a trip, based on the website saying they aim to dispatch on the same day if order received in the morning - the item wasn’t dispatched till next day late afternoon, Royal Mail received it only 1.5 day later after dispatch resulting in the parcel taking 5 instead of 3, max. 4 days, after I have left. I see now they updated their delivery timelines page so at least they recognised the issue.”

“No issue with company but disappointed in product, I have purchased this brand of candle previously and been very happy. This time very disappointed, scent is weak and hasn’t burnt properly. Not at all what I expected based on past experience, money wasted and will not buy again, it as if it’s a different product altogether.”

“I purchased 2 large bottles of the milkshake colour maintainer shampoo and conditioner, the product isn’t legit as I have always used this product and the conditioner is the wrong colour inside as it’s white and it should be a light brown colour plus it’s watery and the smell is weird.”

“Quite a good price for the Healthspan tablets I bought online BUT read All details Very carefully! The picture of the box shown stated 60 tablets per box BUT when you read the small print underneath it says 30 per packet!! I didn’t see this small print so I received just 30 tablets when I was expecting 60!!”
