“First order and products are as good as described and rated in reviews however while making an order was prompted to add to my order, because if my order will be @£15 and above I'll receive four testers gratis. I only received two ordered products without four testers offered with my order, luckily I was happy with products I originally wanted. Not sure if I'll have trust in future promotions.”

“I have used Just my look three times. The first two times were excellent but the third time was terrible. I never received any dispatch information or my product and wrote two emails which were ignored. Thankfully I got my money back through Paypal x”

“I would put 5 stars but when it arrived and i try to use it, it wouldn't spray out because it was broken so i have had to buy another spray bottle to put the liquid in, but part from that it really is good stuff.”

“I bought some milkshake shampoo and conditioner and they are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately when delivered they had opened in the packaging and some of the product has spilled out of the bottles. I emailed them asking if anything could be done and they were really accommodating and sorted out my problem quick so I will definitely be ordering from them again.”

“Most of the products I bought were great apart from Catrice slim'matic Ultra Precise brow pencil, which has already run out as the led was broken all the way through, so kept just falling out and breaking every time I used it.”
