“The shampoo and conditioner is good but it doesn’t help an oily scalp, if anything my hair gets greasier quicker.”

“Took too long to arrive, too long to respond to an email (3 days) to ask about the delay and when it did arrive, one of the lids was completely crushed which had caused pressure on the nozzle so hairspray had leaked making everything sticky. This was so well packaged, it had to have taken a very hard knock.”

“I rate 3. Easy to order. Delivery quick. Once opened everything had leaked and bottles split.Not happy. Half the bottles empty most of it in box.”

“Took ages to receive. No phone to ring so had to email to chase. 3 days later got a response to say it was on its way. Not sure if they forgot but from start to finish it took about 2 weeks to get here. Not impressed at customer services. Will not be ordering again”

“Items delivered quickly however the plastic lid on one of the items arrived broken. I can still use it but obviously you want items to arrive unspoiled. Perhaps packaged better next time instead of a padded envelope.”

“Delivery took a week. Far too long. Reasonably priced but would order elsewhere if in a hurry. Packaging was insane. Enormous box and loads of bubble wrap. Appreciate looking after the product but not sustainably packaged.”

“I am frankly happy witht the service and deliver. I am not just happy in the product description vrs what I needed. Google search led me to the page to get a Redkin Frizz dismiss to JustmyLook, I use one in golden colour. But the web page was directed me to the redish (bronze?) option. Same name but not same product. A better guide to buy would be helpful. Or comparison of colours. Otherwise very happy with the experience.”

“I don’t often leave reviews however felt I should on this occasion. I placed my order and received a confirmation, then on 4th January I was notified that it had been dispatched. By 10th January I hadn’t received the order and hadn’t heard anything from the carrier which the website claimed I would, so I chased it up. Then I decided to have a look at some reviews and was both horrified and concerned, because I became convinced that I wouldn’t get a response or my goods, the reviews were nearly all very negative. However the following day my order arrived, so I’m perfectly happy. I’ve only rated the experience as 3 stars because the delivery was slow and I wasn’t kept informed about the status, but at least it arrived.”
