“Perfumes all fine and good service from you,BUT Hermes let me down by delivering them to my home ..5B,Thornwood Road,when the parcel consigned to N03,my neighbours.The parcel was found wet by my wife on our doorstep , the purchases were gifts for her for later on, and blew my surprise! second folly was leaving on doorstep.we are in a corner,but anyone else could have walked off with expensive items of mine...which is another reason consigned to friends in my private road!!!Clive Boon”

“I love the smell of these products and how soft & shiny they leave my hair. However my hair does get greasy quickly after using this. The only negative is the shampoo had spilled in the packaging and was a mess when I received it. Cleaned up easily enough though.”

“Products at a good price but far to much plastic packaging and for this reason I won't buy from them again. There is no need to use plastic any longer as my product could have been wrapped in cardboard or cornstarch pellets.”

“Arrived on time considering the delays with deliveries. Products were good value for money. Even though the parcel was well packaged the lid was broken on the gel wax, lucky it was sealed and the wax disc were broken, not an issue. It may be an idea to put, 'handle with care' on parcel label.”
