“My product is perfectly fine. However, there was no way of me tracking my item and it was a long time waiting for delivery and when it came it was in bad condition.”

“2 out of 3 items were fine but one was damaged (was for a present). The delivery box was too narrow and the packaging was squashed and ripped in two places. Taken several emails to get a return label sorted. Was offered 20% off my next order which didn't really help. Hopefully a new one will soon be on its way.”

“My first order was great. Prices were exceptional and order arrived promptly, so I happily recommended to my friends. BUT my second order hasn’t materialised. I ordered, paid.. all went through. Jeff think I get an email simply saying I’m getting a refund 🤷‍♀️ I didn’t ask for one! I wanted the order. I checked on your site and item is in stock. I’ve tried contacting on social media as well as emailing for an explication as to why this was done! Await reply.”

“Hairdryer model as expected but both nozzles don't attach easily. Big struggle. Initially I thought I had been sent the wrong ones. If you are swapping in between it becomes a bit frustrating and I have to get a m other involved 🤷‍♀️”

“Ordered Elemis set for Christmas gift. The box looked like it had been in the wars somewhere.Contacted Justmylook and was able to return for a refund. Ordered again and second one arrived worse than the first one. Again a refund was done. At this time of year customer services were taking a little extra time to reply but all was sorted out and refunds done quickly considering the time of year. Well done Justmylook.”

“Item received was different to what was advertised on website and my confirmation order. Said they had the wrong product advertised. Would only give me discount on future order and not credit difference. Said would receive back for full credit but as purchased for birthday present there was not time for this. Customer service very slow in responding. Not happy. And still not received discount code for future purchase.”
