“My delivery arrived quickly but unfortunately the shampoo had leaked on my products. I was disappointed by this as the shampoo is not cheap. The foilseal on the shampoo had lifted hence the leak :(”

“I believe the data on this website (or Royal Mail) is somewhat compromised as the day I was expecting a delivery, I also received an email from scammers to pay delivery fee via a hacked link. Apologies as this is not a review of the product, but wanted to make people aware. On a better note, happy with the timely delivery and will review the product once I start using it.”

“The items I ordered arrived promptly, however the lids and nozzles were both off the products and broken as though they had been pulled off prior to sending. They are still useable but don’t fit properly now.”

“Really good product and great value, although the lid was broken on one of the tubs so there was a vit of mess inside the parcel, having since read the reviews this seems a common theme, so value and product great but think the packaging needs reassessing”

“Delivery was spot on. On a negative note these Indola colours seem to vary a great deal. The first pearl beige I ordered was just what I wanted but this order seems to be a tad darker?”

“I’m giving 3 stars because as much as I loved my perfume. I received a little free gift. A bum bag with a lovely fluffy Pom Pom on it. Took it out the wrapper and it fell apart. Got in touch to be told there is nothing they can do as it was a free gift. What’s the point giving stuff out of its useless. Just to get people to buy. Will buy perfume elsewhere now as that really annoyed me 🙄”

“customer service is pathetic,even i show them damage shampoo pic via email (leaked n dented i revieved my order)stil they ask me to return for refund.now its hassle to pack this leaked bottles again to send back.”
