“Very disappointed with this order. The parcel was not packaged properly, and as a result, the contents arrived in unacceptable condition. To make matters worse, some items were completely missing from the package. The lack of care in packing and order fulfillment shows poor attention to customer service. I expected to receive a complete and securely packaged order, but unfortunately that was not the case. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.”

“You sent me a used trimmer and refused to acknowledge it a screw was rounded off so it is no good to me you have fraudulent sold me pre used goods”

“Never tried or knew about this website. I’m glad I did stumble on it. We bought Issey Miyake after shave for our grandsons birthday. Great price , so much better than anywhere else we looked. He loves it. It was the Perfume .”

“I wish I could give zero stats. JustMyLook are absolutely disgusting and dishonest. They sent me a damaged perfume and another perfume that was fake and smelt nothing like the original. I sent loads of pictures and they still wanted me to return which I did. Days later, they sent me a “replacement” without any communication. I questioned them on it and they said I didn’t get a refund because I didn’t add a note to the package saying I wanted a refund and why. This was not stated anywhere at all!! Then when I wanted to return the package they resent (which they wanted me to do with my own money), I saw that it was the same damaged goods! When I called them up on it, they refused to refund saying the tag was open etc. Honestly, never order from these guys. They’re scammers, rubbish customer service and send damaged goods. No wonder they’re discounted. Liars”

“I have used this company before (when I happened to stumble across them while searching for a product). Now I look for the company before looking for my products. They have the best prices and delivery is fast. Very pleased I found them”
