“Good products, however horrendous customer service! The pump on the conditioner arrived broken, I’ve contact customer services who have no intentions of rectifying the problem. The conditioner is pretty much unusable given it’s a 1 litre bottle with no pump to access the product. Will not buy from here again! I sent videos and pictures as requested and still haven’t sorted the problem, only asked for a replacement pump”

“Product was ok, not the best spray for an aftershave. On the website it said order within 3 hours or so for next day delivery. So I brought the item and after about 2 emails chasing up my purchase it arrived 4 days late.”
