“I paid for next Day delivery Sunday night and item arrived Tuesday. It did not specify on the shipping options only available Mon-Fri. so items arrived after I needed them. Now I have to pay postage to send them back.”

“Paid for same day despatch next day delivery, long story short the package never left the warehouse (tracking confirmed), customer service advised they couldn’t mark the parcel lost until it has been checked in to the courier. Ended up having to buy the items from amazon and they eventually agreed to a refund.”

“I Can't lie. I bought Lataffa perfume not only cos it's trending and I wanted it, but I heard JML give a free little gift with every purchase! But there was NO little free gift enclosed! You did me dirty, JML! But nomatter, the Lataffa pink perfume is devine, smells sweet and floral (although it could last longer on the skin imo) and arrived very quickly - thank you JML and Lataffe Perfumes!”
