“This is my first order with this company. I was very impressed as to how quickly my order arrived. However, on opening it my hairdryer was not included only come rollers and free gift. I thought maybe the hairdryer was coming direct from the manufacturer as the box was not big enough to fit it and the rollers. I left this a week or so then queried to which I was told that my order had been delivered. I stated that an order had been delivered munis the hairdryer. 05.01.2026 still not resolved!!!!”

“I am very disappointed with the service, I ordered an item on 20th December it was to arrive by the 23rd as Christmas present. It is the 3rd of January and still not received it. I have emailed and haven’t heard anything back yet”
