“My app crashed at checkout, the items still showed in my basket so it looked like the sale wasn’t completed. I checked out again then received 2 emails to say both times it’d gone through. I tried the help feature on the app which to be honest wasn’t great, I requested to then be emailed and although it took longer going back and forth with the customer service person it was rectified easily. However I have to wait 10 days for the refund to come back, that’s such a long wait!”
