“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I purchased a product from Justmylook and experienced an adverse skin reaction after using it as intended. I reported this to their customer service, expecting at least some level of responsibility or support. Instead, my complaint was repeatedly dismissed. I was told that unless I obtain and pay for a dermatologist report, they will not even consider progressing the case. No investigation, no support — just a barrier placed on the customer. What’s disappointing is not just the reaction itself, but the way it was handled: • No accountability for customer safety concerns • No willingness to resolve a straightforward refund • Responsibility shifted entirely onto the customer Being told to spend additional money just to have your complaint “considered” is not acceptable. I would strongly question buying from a company that handles adverse reactions this way. Very poor customer service experience. Update: I offered to attend a dermatologist if arranged and paid by them — this was not accepted”
