“I have used this spf before and it didn’t break be out and I bought it straight from the source but I bought it from here and broke me out straight away and as soon as I went back to my normal routine it cleared up so it was definitely this. I usually like just my look but felt like this product was either out of date or fake”

“Placed an order two weeks ago, contacted Justmylook for help as order didn’t arrive. It took two days for them to reply asking to verify my identity and then sent me a link claiming order would arrive the following day. Order never arrived. Awful customer service, zero consideration towards the customer.”

“Bought an SPF primer but the product had a very weird consistency. It was very oily and it was full of (what feels like) sugar, like an exfoliating scrub. This isn't right and no primer should be like this so I thought the product had gone bad or was faulty. I can't use it or apply make up after without having to wash all the little sugary peices off, which negates the point of the product. So I basically can't use it at all. I reached out to customer service but they refused to refund or exchange the product with another one, so very disappointing. They brushed me off with the excuse they didn't manufacture the product, but they are happy to sell the faulty product to their customers and then claim it's not their problem if the product is bad.”
